Approximately 90% of all homes sold in the United States use the MLS system.  Our system is internet-based and is considered to be one of the most advanced in the country.  Agents anywhere in Minnesota have complete information at their fingertips and can email our agents for additional details. 

Our policy is to pay the cooperating agent a higher share of the commission to make sure our listings get shown with the same frequency as all other listings.  This cooperative effort has payed off as our homes sell at a faster rate and at a higher price than the regional average.
